ROHA PVC Welding Rod (Kawat Las PVC)Deskripsi:Kawat las ini berfungsi untuk menyatukan atau menempel material yang terbuat dari plastic PVC seperti pipa paralon, plat, dan aplikasi lainnya. Material ini dapat mengelas dengan sangat kuat dan tahan bocor/tekanan. Kawat las ini umumnya mempunyai penampang berbentuk lingkaran ataupun segitiga tumpul (hampir oval) yang digunakan untuk menyatukan dua lembar plastik yang sejenis. Aspek penting dari kawat las plastik adalah ada tidaknya porositas material yang dapat dilihat dari bagian penampangnya. Porositas menyebabkan gelembung udara terperangkap dalam kawat las, hal ini akan menurunkan kualitas pengelasan tersebut. Porositas material kawat las mungkin terjadi dalam proses ekstruksi, disebabkan bahan baku yang digunakan berkualitas rendah ataupun ditambahkan bahan lainnya untuk memberikan dampak volume sehingga dapat menekan ongkos produksi menjadi lebih murah.
